EmpowerHer CEO LLC provides business coaching, done-for-you business setup services, automation consulting, and access to Psyche AI, a white-labeled CRM platform for women entrepreneurs. Specific services and deliverables are described at the point of purchase.

Psyche AI is a separate monthly subscription product ($94/month) and is not included in any coaching or setup package unless explicitly stated in writing.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into contracts to use our services. By using our services, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Payment Terms

All prices are listed in US dollars.
Payment is due at the time of purchase unless a payment plan is agreed upon in writing.
Payment plans are available for select services and are described at checkout. Failure to make a scheduled payment may result in suspension or termination of services.
We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as listed at checkout.
Psyche AI subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time; no contract is required.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products and services:

Digital products (courses, templates, downloads) are non-refundable once accessed.
Done-for-you and coaching services: Refunds are not available once work has begun. If you are unsatisfied, please contact us within 48 hours of your first session or delivery to discuss your concerns.
Psyche AI subscriptions: No refunds are issued for partial months. You may cancel at any time and your subscription will remain active through the end of the current billing period.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and in our programs — including but not limited to text, graphics, course materials, templates, videos, and frameworks — is the intellectual property of EmpowerHer CEO LLC and is protected by applicable copyright laws.

You may use our materials for your own personal business use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from our content without our express written permission.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee any specific business outcomes, revenue results, or success. Results depend on your individual effort, experience, and market conditions.

We do not warrant that our website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EmpowerHer CEO LLC and its owner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to our services shall not exceed the total amount you paid us in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
